Most of us have the supplies this project requires tucked away somewhere; now, grab a kid and get busy!With all the crafting going on the kids are going to need a snack!

Terrible for me personally, but terrible globally too, because the whole world at that time fit snugly inside my private cosmos of terribleness. I had fallen prey to depressions, vapors, and runaway libido. The movie spoke to me, at any rate, this bizarre romantic comedy about a grumpy, middle-aged weatherman who must relive the same day over and over until at last he bursts the spirit’s sleep and gets Andie Mac Dowell to fall in love with him.

The counsels of the universe are constant, I think, but perhaps more easily heard when one is freaked-out or metaphysically exposed.

Add a few more ingredients, like sliced almonds, melted chocolate, peanut butter or butterscotch chips, Devil’s Food pudding and a few Oreos, and I AM THERE. Construction paper, cotton balls, crayons, and scissors is pretty much all you need for this creative, circular flip craft.

Groundhog's Day is celebrated in Canada and the United States on February 2nd each year. If it is cloudy, he will come out of his burrow and, tradition says, spring will start soon.

From the edible groundhog (mini Snickers, M&Ms, and Starburst), to the chocolate mini cupcakes and buttercream frosting, this is certainly a delicious addition to the Groundhog Day festivities!

I’m a fan of Pepperidge Farm’s Milano cookies, so this was a no-brainer for me.

You could even make a Groundhog Day lacing or sewing card by laminating and then punching holes evenly around the edges...
